Where does one go to purchase 11 different currencies?

I decided to go on Semester at Sea December of last year. At that time it was a GREAT idea, little did I actually think the time would come where I would have 5 billion to do lists and have to figure out how to pack my life for 4 months in 2 duffel bags that weigh less than 50 pounds.

One of my major issues came up last week when I attempted to get currency for all the places I am going. I figured I would just call Wachovia and they would be able to order it. WRONG. Big time wrong. Out of all the places on my itinerary Wachovia only offered the Yen and the Euro. I was so surprised that one of the biggest banks in the country offered such little help. Maybe this is why Wells Fargo had to save them. Thankfully, I found Theodora and the Travel Exchange in Stamford. They were able to get me everything except Ghana, Cambodia and Mauritius. I went today and met Theodora, my currency savior, and she had a surprise in store. Travel Exchange will not deal with the Cambodian Riel, but there was a pilot's wife in selling back currency and she had extra Riel. Theodora decided to explain the plight of my trip to this poor woman who then felt so awful for me that she left the Riel she had for me with a note to enjoy a lunch on her. I was very happy about this random act of kindness! I also later found out that 2,500 Riel is approximately .48 cents. Nonetheless I figured this was a good start to my trip.

Things I am going to miss the most-
Chocolate chip cookies
Perez
My Cell Phone
True Blood
The big bed
Ice Caramel Lattes w. Skim Milk & 2 Splenda
........
